Wonderful dining experience. The tasting menu is outstanding and the wine and desserts are next to perfection Every course was interesting, delicious and beautifully prepared, and the service was attentive but not intrusive.

Not in the NP but Lajitas Resort has stables and is about 20 mins from the West entrance to the park.

You can see some of the best sun sets ever seen. They are wheel chair accessible just in case.
